One of the best and simplest-to-use services out there. If you don’t have a big budget and don’t operate a large site, then you should definitely check out this hosting. It might be just the right thing for you.
Overall, as a service, I would easily give them 4 out of 5 stars. The main thing to appreciate about them is the pricing; they are extremely cheap. Shared hosting prices are so low that if they lower them further, it would be practically zero. When it comes to VPS or Dedicated Servers, they let you know exactly what you are getting in terms of hardware, so you will know what you are paying for. These services are fully managed, so you might compare them with others and say they are a bit pricey, but since the services are good, they are well paid for, I would say.
The user interface and uptime are also good. I haven’t faced any problems regarding them. There was a little bit of an issue at first; our site was not loading correctly. But it turned out that the guilty party was the wrong version of PHP.
HostXNow comes with pretty terrific customer support as well. You just have to submit a ticket, and everything shall be resolved as soon as possible. There is no chat support, but everything is covered through their Knowledge Base.

It’s a decent host I would say. I was in their shared plan so didn’t bothered much with advance capabilities but they are good and reliable. Pricing is also cheap. The thing about them is you don’t pay much so don’t get much. And it is not in a bad way.
When in comes to VPS and Severs. They offer fully managed services which I thought at that time is a bit pricey. But hey !! If you are managing servers good then customers pay a couple of dollars. So, who am I to complain?
Their support is also good. I had to move a site to them. I submitted the ticket and they responded with detailed how-to which is a good thing. Since, then I was a newbie. But they don’t have chat support. I don’t know whether they have it or not now.
Everything is fine with them. Just their support could be better. Only tickets option was there when I had an account with them. It’s a big no no for me. But if anybody can work around this thing. Then feel free to join them. Fully managed services are also a good option if don’t want to get involved in technicalities.
For small or medium sized sites they are one of the best. That I can tell you. No, chat support yes. But they on the other hand are really cheap. And it’s not that you are hanged out to dry. They have incredible email support. Their servers are basically from UK or Europe. So, if you are a large site which expects things from Asia then you might wanna contact them first before purchasing. Otherwise, they are all good.
