I would say 6-8 sites in a network should be enough.

I have 5 to 8 high da sites for my PBN.

As a rule of thumb, 10 PBN links should help you rank easily for a medium competition keyword. So plan for at least building these many sites.

soleseriouss Then good luck ranking.. Even in this recent updates Google tend to rank well the pages which have good PBN links.
