Getting unique visits isn't enough to monetize what type of traffic are you getting, is it targeted or not? Many factors are here at play.
For 300uv visitors per day. I will recommend that go for google adsense. You can make $20-30 per day easily.

If your visitors are targeted then you should try affiliate marketing. It will be great for you.
