I am seeing a lot of sellers who are selling guest posts for just $30 or within the range of it.
How much do you guys are paying for guest posts? May I ask?

I don't think that they are guest posts. I think they are PBN links selling as guest posts.
Actual guest posts can go way up. With a starting price say give or take $100.

I don't think it too. Check the links before buying. You are probably getting links from a PBN, customized maybe.
