How to do link building strategy/day? What are the off page techniques must do for website keyword ranking?

Link building is against the Google TOS don't do this. Work on your site and build the best content in your niche and publish it on your site then you will get many external references.

In short link building has gone and link earning works great build a strategy around it and implement and get the expected results

Apart from all the nonsense in this thread.

I found your reply enticing. If people only had gained links through content then they it would have taken them forever to rank.

And not to mention even if you had build good content its not that people are going to link back you readily.
