On the starter shared plan: you’re right that 500 MB at the entry price is meant for very light sites (landing pages / early tests), not as a long-term “main” plan. The jump to the next tier can feel steep if someone outgrows storage or databases quickly. We’re reviewing how we present that path on the site so the upgrade isn’t a surprise — clearer plan comparison and who each tier is for.

On renewals: also fair. First-term discounts only help if the renew price is easy to see before purchase. We’re working to make promo vs renew clearer at checkout and on the plan pages so nobody feels the renew “mountain” only after they’re in.

Appreciate you separating ISP/local network issues from the host side as well.
