What's the best way to sell a book or an ebook if its from a newbie writer with no priors?

I am not an expert in these things. But in my opinion. Get it reviewed from any distinguished person in it's field.
And obviously submit it in amazon.

Create an ebook or of something such sort with a few chapters. And offer them to readers. Check how's the reaction and then plan the marketing strategy based on it.
