What's the best way to sell a book or an ebook if its from a newbie writer with no priors?

Recently I have got.  The writer is offering me a good commission.

I am not an expert in these things. But in my opinion. Get it reviewed from any distinguished person in it's field.

And obviously submit it in amazon.

Create an ebook or of something such sort with a few chapters. And offer them to readers. Check how's the reaction and then plan the marketing strategy based on it.

Social media promotion is the best way to sell a a book or ebook for a newbie writer.  You can make a short video of your book features and ulpoad your socia media sites.
