Check if there is any on-page technical error on the site.
If there is no error on the page, then do some off-page activity.

Link building surely helps you but when you are taking backlinks from other sites, did you do your research?
Or when you get those links did you check them as they are do-follow or no-follow links?
Because these small things matter. So keep building backlinks from high-quality backlinks and analyze your competitors for better results.

All were do-follow back then.
And I have improved my rankings. Since I focused on quality.
