One site in two different languages, does they need separate SEO too?

I have wondering to ask this question for some time. The first site is in 'en' and the second site is in 'de'. I am talking about link profiles does they need separate ones too?

I have been hearing a lot of chatter regrading this. Many marketers are saying that the festive season has arrived so the conversions and traffic will be less now until its over. I personally not seeing much changes though. What do you guys think?

A site which hasn't much budget struggling with the blog itself. Then if it has to promote a product, create landing, sales page and what not. And after that it has to afford an ad program in order to get sales of the product going then which ad agency should you choose?

We are staring a Marketing Agency. So, here is the dilemma.

Some agencies charge against budget say $50 for $1000. And others charge at a percentage say 5% for each campaign no matter how big or small. What should be the best option for us here?

We have clients already and we have charged them as per our work since the beginning. Say, good $1000 which they got almost $1500 in return we charged them around $80 - $100 by negotiations.

I am getting a huge amount of traffic like 10k per day for a month almost about for $500 which will cost me atleast $5k in adwords. So, I am just wondering whether this kind of traffic is bad for my site's SEO or not? The source is Zeropark basically. Any thoughtful insights?

The product which I have choosed is very unique and also has a great prospect to it. Its in the basic home crafts niche.

But since all the alternate products are from big companies and have high level affiliates to throw them so the bids for the ads in the Adwords and also Bing are pretty high. What should I do? I mean the product is too good to leave. But I can't afford to make sales too, for one campaign even if its a successful one I will make only marginal profit.
