Recently I heard that Google banned a company named DO digital from play store for committing ad frauds. So, I was talking to some developers. They said its pretty hard to abide by all rules if you put ads in your app. What do you thinks?

Last week there was an algo update as I heard. And now what I am seeing that is garbage content is ranking at the top positions and sites with quality & good    nowhere to be found in the SERP's.

I know that these web 2.0 sites doesn't really much pass link juice so I don't bother to get links from them. But here is another thing. Recently, I earned some links from some small blogger sites. Now one of them has questionable links linking towards it. So, my query is that as the site is linked back to my site, can my site be penalized for this?

I have a weird problem here. Our site has a blog and a forum (which is a small support group). Now the forum is mobile optimized but the blog is not which is the main site by the way. In order to optimize the entire site I will need huge budget. What do you guys suggest that I should do in this position?

If I search my brand name then one of competitors comes up at the first place. They are dominating the ads as they have big budget and I don't. The thing is our brand name includes the name of the our niche too. So, there is that. How to fight this situation?
