Decent host for VPS or equivalent services but they don't have any Dedicated servers so there will be some scalability issues. They have global presense alright but when it comes to giving support they somewhat quite lacks. Having only data centers won't do you have to prepare for other things such as support, good hardware fixing, response time, eligible employees etc. Now I am not saying that they don't have these but they lack to some extent to their competitors.

And also many basic addons costs extra where others give it for free. But I would say that they are decent for the price amount. They are a good 6 out of 10 hosting service.

They are a UK based host which also caters global audience. They are good host with good performance, support, affordability etc all things are ok. But they are not too good either. Their support can be lengthy if you are ever to contact them in high rush hours. They will get back to you for sure but it will take some time. They have done a excellent job while targeting all audiences around the globe but in doing so they didn't much of any stand out in the global players. If you wanna attract more customers then you will have to give away some deals which are eye catchy.
I overall sense they are solid 7/10.

For beginners this proxy is user freindly yes but also can be costly on other hand since their competitors can be very comptetive. This also comes to their free trial options which is very limited. But their ip coverage, interface and support makes up for it. Which all are very good. I haven't seen any proxy do so good with such a large diverse client base. They are truly global.

Great service. No uptime issues or support problems whatsoever. They provides a complete package which is very suitable for beginners I would say. You buy their services once and be done with it. They themselves will take care of everything including migration, installation of your setup, testing etc. The only thing that many will find that could raise an eye brow with them is that they are not specifically transparent about their hardware. One the other hand they are providing cloud service so if they are scalable then it is good I would say. Their services are primarily focused on UK. So, people from other places don't hold much of any breath about their performance. Although they are scalable but resource restriction will be present and you will have to pay extra for services. The best thing about them is their interface which is super friendly btw. Along with it they also gives you you favorite flavored panel to deal with your setup such as cPanel so people looking specific platforms can also be happy. Another thing is that they are environment friendly, honestly I couldn't care less about this but some people so I am writing about it. Overall I would say they are a solid 7.5/10 service.
