Usually any AMD server with good cooling does great at any load given.

AMD are very good at multi tasking. OP should contact the hosting service to get an optimum setup cooling, electricity and all.
And if OP is specifically asking for Hetzner then I would say what makes you wanna say that? Are you sure they are giving you a bad hardware?

At the OP, why do you want to try them?
As I know good servers are available from reliable hosting providers like hostingsource, hostgator and planethoster.
