Because they only discuss or report only when there is a huge chatter or the scanners shows something.
ecpm rates were good until two days ago. Now they are super low. I am guessing this is the actual update.
No actually G has adjusted the thing. It solely depends of traffic now.
If you manage to get the quality traffic or enough CTr then you will do alright.

Why GMT isn't ranking new urls? They aren't even indexing properly.
