Reducing bounce rate its not that hard.
Increase the engagement rate of the visitors. It can be done by putting internal links in texts(content body), putting related post's links side of the content whether in columns or header or footer, create a landing page where visitors will landing first and then go to the content page etc, putting relevant internal links where ever present in the site etc.
