If you think that you can't do it yourself then hire someone to do it for you. In my opinion you should post your job in the 'Upwork' network. Its a pretty good place for hiring professionals for good price.

You better write an newsletter and get it checked by a professional. If he/she says ok then you can do it yourself and if not then you can hire somebody.
