Newsletter services from eCommerce sites

When I buy something from an eCommerce sites they ask for email. Which I am happy to provide because through it can I track the status of the order.

But the irritating thing comes later. After receiving the order my email accounts still gets bombarded with emails. Unsubscribing them isn't an easy one and also often I can't find the unsubscribe button.

How do you guys do it? Do you guys also send newsletters like this?
