I strongly prefer content. But if I get my hands on any offer which can create incentive then I give it a try too. Wink

Both, because an interesting content is an call to action to the users in which benefits in many ways, Therefore there will be conversions.

Content is always being a preferable choice in an aspect of SEO because content with enriching keywords are always helpful in terms of Google search engine.

Content is for long lasting situations and incentive offers are just for present which will last only a week or even a few days. So, you decide for yourself which is better for you.

Why don't we just try both. If implemented correctly both can get very good conversion.
