Content or incentive offers which one do you prefer to get conversions?
I strongly prefer content. But if I get my hands on any offer which can create incentive then I give it a try too.

Both, because an interesting content is an call to action to the users in which benefits in many ways, Therefore there will be conversions.
Both will be helpful. The combination of both will help in increasing the conversion rate of your website.
Content is always being a preferable choice in an aspect of SEO because content with enriching keywords are always helpful in terms of Google search engine.
Content is for long lasting situations and incentive offers are just for present which will last only a week or even a few days. So, you decide for yourself which is better for you.
Why don't we just try both. If implemented correctly both can get very good conversion.
