It depends on your site. If your site has clear navigation, no need to add an extra sitemap.

I cant understand about extra site map, there are up to six different kinds of sitemaps. HTML- and XML-sitemaps are the two sitemap-types that are seen most often.

No need an extra sitemap you have to clean up your site. clean up optimizer tool you can use this tool and clean up and optimize you site.
