Page rank has its range from 0 to 10.
Page rank is used to determine the website popularity, good quality links, Unique content, good traffic & much more. Higher the page rank refers to higher the popularity.

Page rank means a number between 0 to 10 which has been provided by the search engine by analyzing the website backlinks and its traffic, before it is important but now it is not required..
