Which PPC network to choose?

I am little bit confused right now. I am starting a new online business which provides special services for physically disabled people. In order to promote it I want PPC but don't know which network to choose. Any recommendations?

For getting quality visits and very specifically targeted ones best options are Yahoo Ads & Google Adwords. However, you can also use facebook sponsored ads which is also good. Although, keep in mind the country you are trying to target, if that country has any specific other advertisement options then I will suggest you to do that as for example Google will not work in China you will need Baidu there.
