Links from social bookmarking site now-a-days does not provide any link juice. These sites are now only used for outreach and exposure.

They are not effective as they were few years back as they are really easy to get just sign up on any social bookmarking website and submit of you website and you can get an easy linkback to your website. It's easy nature makes it a weak link.
