Recently we tried the UK based Fraction Servers.
Their Dedis are indeed very handy and very easy to operate.
We tested them in a mid level site. The budget was within 100 pounds. Took an hour or so to transfer all the files and then going online. But it was ok. Running since then smoothly. I also had to contact them once for a billing related query which they answered almost right away. And also by looking all of the factors is safe to say they are good one. And members here should give it a try.
Our site is London based so it didn't faced any problems related to location. But it should be fine for Western Europe and North American users as well.
