What should be the anchor texts that links directly to your money site's homepage?

Say, if you are getting links from tier 1 sites.

Then it is obvious that you will definitely link them to your money site's homepage.

So, what will be the best possible anchor for them?

Tier 1 link to the homepage??!! Its plain and simple. Make the anchor texts in the name of your brand or site. In 95% cases I uses the brand name itself.

And the rest 5% I just leave the url to be. You also call them naked links. Yeah, will argue with it. But sometimes just placing the link simply makes you honest. Which is most certainly rewarded by the search engines very generously.
