GMB is not showing in maps!!

When searched someone's business in Google it is not showing in the maps. Just in the search results. What does it mean? Is that mean that the GMB of that business is not correct somehow?

I don't know what you are seeing or expecting to see. But when searched for something in Google. Google shows a mix of results which could include images, maps, general web pages, videos from youtube or any other site. Specially if you are viewing the 'all' term search category in the search results. If you want to see maps specifically for the designated term then you have to view through 'maps' which should be along with 'all' side by side.

The reason why the business is not showing in maps is that there is insufficient data or information from the respected business.

One possibility is that they don't have GMB!!

And if you are sure that they have GMB, then search term and location also matter to show a business in local listing.

You should properly explain about your business in the form of content and try to target the keywords which are related to your business. It won't show immediately after setting the account and it takes time.
