Links from author's bio doesn't hold much link juice such as the links from the content, right? But how should I make those author's bio links to pass more link juice?

What are you worrying about. If the author's bio link is a do-follow one the it shall pass great deal of link juice no matter what!! Links from content they are more relevant because they have highly optimized anchor text which send out the ranking signal pretty well but the author's bio link also do that too if you know how to properly optimize it.

Most of the time the links in author's bio is no follow and this is to avoid spamming of links and this will depend on the website owner if he/she wants to set the link attribute on his preferences.

Can you share some examples or links from where users can learn how to optimize profile link properly? It will be a great help & share.

Check this post of Moz. Its author's bio link specifically to speak.

Here you can see the author's name is linked to his twitter profile and another link to his business. Its a pretty good example. If you don't have a twitter profile to link to then certainly you can link your linkedin profile or any other account. And another link to your site telling that its your business. It would be able to pass great deal of link juice.
In Moz blogs there are several examples of good author's bio link. You can check them yourself to see how in different ways they can optimized.
I hope it helps you.

According to me, if you are giving proper link in author bio and the link is do-follow, you will get equal importance that you will get from the link in the body of content.

If the link in the author bio is dofollow surely it will provide value to your website. Nowadays getting dofollow link has become quite tough but if you're getting it even in the author bio it will really help your website.

Hello,
If the link present on author's bio and its a No follow then it really has no benefits because google bot ignore that link. So, make sure if you post a guest post on another websites you should ask them to give a Do follow link in bio. it will give you better link juice.
