Plain HTML mails are only getting received

Plain HTML emails are getting received but emails with heavy templates are not being received. At first I just though that it might be due to the templates but then I checked and found nothing. Any suggestions regarding this guys??

Sorry I forgot to reply here. I was using general templates provided from Getresponse

Since then I am using only plain text emails. I had contacted them but they only suggested to change the template which I did but solved nothing.

Go through thoroughly. The problem seems like to be in any settings that you are doing while switching from HTML plain text mails to template ones. In many cases people don't have to change any settings so you will have go through all the elements which are doing while switching.

Yes, it was a technical fault. GR fixed it.
