If a user clicks on an page's affiliate link then will it lower its bounce rate?
BR is lowered if a user engages and clicks, right? So, if they click on the affiliate product and went to its page, then will it also lower the bounce rate?

Its a relative term here.
If the product is within your site and by clicking on the link they are going to the specified page where the product is at then bounce rate will be low.
And if its on another site then bounce rate will be high.

It depends on the page where is it actually?
But why do you care about BR? If its delivering clicks through the product page then its already doing its job.

The page is on another site. And yeah it is getting conversions but I was just wondering what if higher bounce rate effects the SEO in any way??

Those who says that high BR is bad for SEO are not even real SEO's.
