Which is the best plugin to regulate comment section spam or just to stop them?

Try using tools like Disqus. They can regulate any volume of comment with much ease.

Disqus is a heavy weight plugin. Many bloggers prefer 'wpDiscuz' or 'Simple Comment Editing'.

I used to use Disqus. But then it became a nightmare as it would take a long time to load. Then I dumped it and just try using a simple comment plugin. Its very easy that way. Only you have to do is to moderate it in a proper way.

If somebody can provide me a good list. From where I can choose from that would be very helpful.
