What is the ideal number for internal link creation? I mean how many links to put in one page, make them no-follow or not etc.

I am not an expert. But I understand this that if internal links made no-follow then the pages will loose link juice yet the referred pages will not get any. So, why bother them to make no-follow at all.

I don't think there are any numbers or ratio. As long as they are relevant and has purpose for the audience, its okay.

Just think for yourself that what could happen if its relevant (I mean the links). You are just linking your own site. Three links??? That doesn't matter. You can put as much as you can, as long as they are relevant.

There is no any figure about internal linking numbers. Depends on you that how much links you want to interlink.
