If mails are ending up in spam folder instead of inbox then what should be the general course of action of any marketer??

You have provided almost no data. But I will consider it as a general term and say they you have to reconsider everything if its going to spam. Start from scratch. Email head, body, links, CTR buttons, how to acquired the list, how you are executing it all things have to get checked.
