I have been testing different techniques and approaches in order to increase my conversion rates. They are sucessfull not all of them but most of them. So, is it really necessary to keep on testing every now and then or it is wise to wait for a while after getting results from them.

Well that's your decision to make. If you are getting good results from one test then its better to not test further for some time, even you have complete results.

While testing you must have a definite strategy otherwise it will be not easy to succeed. Give a time gap between two subsequent testings to see the results and also you must have enough time to examine them closely. If you see any good changes then keep to see if it remains or not and if you see any negative changes then don't try it remove it at once, try to get to the very point of effect and eliminate it. if it is not eliminated the stop the experiment.
