Its time to use the Disavow tool or not?

The thing is we started using SEMrush a while back from now. And they are a pretty good service. Hasn't faced any problem like this one.

Since last week it keep suggesting that one of our site has a couple of very bad links. And we have to disavow them asap.

The links may be are from not so much high profile pages but they are not irrelevant. So, I am confused here.

Don't listen to any third party tool. Unless google itself is saying that these links are bad.

First check, traffic comes from those website, also they are high quality sites if yes, then don't do it. If not, you can Disavow those links.

Don't remove backlinks.
