I mean if you have say $100 for advertisement money. Then how much of it will you spend on brand awareness if you are running (staring specially) an eCommerce site?
I know it depends on many things and specially on the niche of the site. But any kind of suggestions or thoughts are really appreciated regarding this.

Hey there LL, its been a long time since I saw you in this forum.
Well you got that part right in which niche depends.
Coming to your query. What are you trying to do right now with the ad campaigns? What is your primary objective here? If its getting sales then you should be spending more money on PPC or similar ad types that can give you sales. If you are working on brand awareness solely, I mean trying to make a name with your site then you have to spend more money on it.
I would suggest that in order to have it all. Split the money in 70/30. Spend 70% of it in getting sales and the later percentage on branding.

80/20 will be a good split. Spend the more of ads and the later for branding.
