Keyword ranking high but not getting much traffic

A kw is ranked pretty well in the SERP's it basically varies from 7-10 top positions.

The search volume is in thousands. But how cam the kw actually gets only a handful of traffic (200-360 or so) per month. Not even per day. Its showing in the first page then why so much difference?
