There is NO quick strategy in SEO and moreover Bing is slower than Google in terms of everything such as crawling, valuing the pages and indexing. So, you can certainly forget that anything will get you quick results.

Now, coming to the topic about Bing's SEO. Focus mainly on on-page optimization. Head tags, quality meta descriptions, general tags, even the alt image texts. Bing is not like Google. It likes very much keyword phrases in the content. So, stuff keyword as much as you can but don't overflow them which will make your content automated and/or gibberish.

In off-page techniques. Bing as like Google gives much credit to quality links having good anchor texts so focus on that. There is one another thing that Bing does care but Google doesn't at all. The thing is social media presence. If your content or content links gets much exposure and shares in the social sphere then they will certainly rank higher in the Bing SERP's.

Focus mainly on content and optimizing them. Bing packs a great deal about content.

I have seen that descriptive posts are more tend to rank better in Bing. So, publishing tutorials or how to's are going to help much more than mere generalized posts.
