I have been using bootstrap to optimize my pages. Make them responsive when needed. But since last week they are just not working. I am not quite sure is it because of me or something else has happened?

First tell us what changes did you have made last week. A working responsive page cannot go not working unless it has an effect from the outside.

Nothing just changed the meta titles of the page.

Nope that's not it. Changing only meta descriptions will not effect a page's responsiveness.
