Unique Images vs Textual Content

Unique Images vs Textual Content, which is one is better to get ranked in Google and why?? According to you guys which one is more engaging and gets more conversions.

Textual contents are more beneficial when it comes to get higher rankings in the SERP's. The reason behind this is text have more elements to get measured as valued and relevant content then images. Text content have head tags, microdata, meta description, keyword in the body, general tags etc whether images they have only one alt text parameter.
Yeah, obviously images are more engaging as they really catches one's eye.

Textual content is better against unique images. But for unique images you can get ranked in google images results.

Text content is better that's true but if you use totally unique images or infographs then they can also be very beneficial.
