Me and some of friends of mine are willing to start an email marketing service. But I am not sure how should I make it grow? I mean there are too many competitors in this field and also with very big budgets.

Do competitive analysis of your competitors. Provide those things which they don't do. Its the only way you can survive in this. And if you don't have much budget then its really hard. Still you can start with small campaigns and promoting it through free channels such social groups, message boards etc to your probable customers.

You must provide something out of the box in order to keep alive in this competitive market. And also arrange a good developers team who can update and add new features every now and then to your service to keep you ahead.
