I don't know what exactly what are looking for. Because I didn't understand the query of yours clearly.
Link spam can be easily detected by any good backlink checker tool such as the ahrefs or SEMrush.
And if you are looking for to check an entire site is spammed or blacklistd or not. Then go through this article.

Most of the tools of Moz apart from the backlink checker are pretty much worthless.
