3 Months In: Conversions, Traffic Costs, and Raw Numbers of My Micro-SaaS

Hey guys,

I wanted to share the raw numbers and conversion metrics from my legal Micro-SaaS (an AI-powered CRM for brazilian lawyers) launched back in March 2025.

Here is exactly how the funnel looks after spending approximately $750 USD (converted to local currency) on Google Ads Brazil:
  • Launched: March 2025
  • Total Signups (Free Tier): 750 users
  • Paid Subscribers: 9 subscribers ($18/month)
  • BaaS / API Revenue: $0

Breaking down the funnel, my traffic-to-signup conversion is decent, but my signup-to-paid conversion is sitting at 1.2%. Is it good?

For those who have bootstrapped a freemium model with a tight budget: did you find success optimizing the onboarding to push that 1.2% conversion up?
