If say, you have a kw that you can rank easily with it. Then where will you put it in the homepage which is dynamic or a separate static page?

I am little bit confused right now.
What kind of site are we talking about here? Dynamic homepage site with separate pages where you can publish content. Its not a a general blog, right?

Ranking static pages are much easier compared to ranking dynamic pages.

Then you should definitely produce them in different pages. You shouldn't be thinking about posting them in a single page because they are different.
