How important are anchor test posts if they are no follow links ?

Basically they have no effect so none. They only can drive some traffic through that link that's it.

Nope, no effect. People don't even bother to care most of at the time if they are no-follow unless they have a chance to get direct traffic such as links in forums or blog comments etc.

There is no effect if the anchor text link is a no follow link. It just take to the destination and to get traffic that's it .
