Which hosting provide should one choose to get the most benefits of SEO. Anybody any suggestions?

Choose something which is fast and reliable. And also provide an ip which is unique & not blacklisted. If the hosting provider provides a free ssl certificate then even better.

I agree check your ip. There can be many faults in your ip so be sure. Faults like many sites hosted though your ip, ip under the red flag all these things can be pretty hazardous.
