Everybody is talking about link relevancy. The more they are relevant the more the impact the SERP's. How to measure it correctly and effectively?

Many things are considered while doing it. Such as the anchor text on the host page, the content of the host page, the linked or referred page relevancy to the host page, how they are connected, does they help each other out or just they are bout links!!! These kind of things.

Link can be evaluated based on authority and relevancy. Qualified referral traffic, higher conversions and relevant anchor texts will help in determining the relevancy of the link.

Conversion has nothing to do with relevancy.
