An article has picked some low quality links

An article of ours have picked some low quality links after its publications. Now, how should we deal with them? Should we disavow them? Any suggestions is much appreciated.

If the links are from relevant sources then you don't have to do anything. If they are of too much low quality then Google will probably ignore them anyway.
