Look up their previous experiences and work. Check how the other customers reviewing them?

Make an appointment and do one on one interview with them.

You should ask these question to hire SEO Agency

- How many hours can we expect per month for each service?
- How many pages of the website will you optimize initially?
- How many backlinks can we expect per month?
- How much time is dedicated to campaign analysis and reporting?
