What goals to fit correctly for 10 k followers in the social media sites? I mean what factors should I consider.

Are these you real targeted audience?

Mostly are targeted. But as you know its on social media so its hard to say how many of them will actually convert.

Before setting goals I think you should check the followers are how much targeted and how much is their response rate.

Send out small updates with links. See what amount of them clicks back.
