Can quality links be bought in bulk? I am getting a pretty good deal. Its about 10 links I have to pay around $50 for each of them.

The answer is that it can't be done. If you want to pick hand picked links then you have to build or buy them individually.
Bulk link sellers are basically scammers. And ask yourself what can you buy really from scammers.

Its a NO NO. If you buy them in bulk then you might also get penalized.
